today again i experience the situation to which affaried of. A truck will going to start bcoz of a minning which will be starting as soon as legal matters are solved, truck owners have started doing maintenance, and you find them running here an there. but problem is that, it seems as if, they have not learned any leasson from the past. today i mate with an accident, a truck suddenly took a right turn at kakumaddi, near saw mill area near speed braker. the way driver drive the truck that show that some psychological treatmaent is needed , bcoz other aspect/ consiquences of driving have to be taught them first and real mean of police action than i think after minning picture will be a safer one otherwise again 80lifes per year. ---Panshikar Paresh P., sheldem-kepem -Goa.
